Island Fever Studios was founded in 2023.

Island Fever Studios started with the inception of the video game Island Fever. Since Island Fever first debuted in April 2023 at the Florida Polytechnic Spring 2023 Game Expo, it has transformed from an only online multiplayer game to both an online multiplayer and local multiplayer game that can be played alone or with friends. In addition, Island Fever now supports controller support.

Now Island Fever Studios plans to bring Mexican Train to Steam in Summer 2026
